Course arrival is on Sundays and they run at weekly intervals ending on Saturday afternoon.

All courses are backed up by the fat-off-fit-on after-care programme.


Upon arrival at fat-off-fit-on you will be issued with your training clothing which will include:

Upon Booking a 30% deposit will be taken to secure your place on the Course.
The balance of the further 70% will be required 7 days before the program starts.

The Core Program price is fully inclusive of equipment, exercises, workshops, accommodation, post program after care, transfers to and from the train station, food and drink.

Where is fat-off-fit-on Located?

Company Address: 77 Bohemia Road, Hastings, Saint Leonards-On Sea, TN37 6RJ

We are 1.40 minutes from London Waterloo (East) 1 hour and 40 minutes from London, there is ample parking available we can also arrange for chauffer driven transport from Gatwick or Heathrow at a small extra charge.

I am really unfit, am I suitable for your boot camp?
Yes, you are. We help all men/women of all ability levels from being immobile to strength and conditioning.
I exercise a lot, will I be able to get a good work out?
Yes you will. All our sessions are designed so each person can push your bodies to your limit. This is the only way we can get the best out of everyone. We also balance nutrition to cover the men/women who do not want weight loss.
Could I take some personal time during my stay?
Yes you can. You have the option to train when ever you like, but remember we are a residential boot camp so everyone stays with us on our grounds.
Will I be OK to come on my own?
95% of our guests come alone and make great friends. We ensure everyone feels comfortable and involved. There is plenty of down-time to relax, chat and enjoy the company of other guests. If you are worried about sharing with strangers we have single rooms available at all our camps.
What if I carry an injury or weakness?
Let our instructors know. They are experienced in working around injuries and have alternative exercises and options for anybody with concerns. You should always consult a doctor if you are worried before coming on camp.
Is boot camp very difficult?
The program is designed to push you mentally and physically, to lose weight, gain fitness and leave feeling different. We will push you to achieve results but there is plenty of chill-out time and massages available.
Is there computer access?
Yes, Wi-Fi access is available. Please check if this is essential for you.
Can I use my telephone?
You are of course welcome to bring your mobile. However, we ask that you do not use your phone when you are participating in the hikes, or exercise sessions.
What happens if it rains?
YOU GET WET. We hike and train every day no matter what the weather.
